The 5x reward multiplier is a bit OP, but you can always combine two 300+gems with a 100 to even it out. Much of it comes down to how weapons scale in cost to easily hit over 1000 gems it's just too much tedium to bring old weapons back into the playing field. I call it due recompense for grinding trials already and getting squat for the effort. So far, just bumping my orbs up to invest in some gem purification and upgrading weapons that were defunct in the higher difficulty levels was well worth it. Again, not even rewarding at that point, in both gameplay fun factor or challenge, and you still only get 50 odd orbs for the trouble.

The mini bosses are not enough to make free roaming worthwhile for gems when Trial of Embedding 1 is so stupidly fast to beat if you invest in a non-elemental weapon and spin around like a top.

If anything, he could create a mod that makes ALL Elite enemies drop Orbs Well, first we'd need them to add Elite enemies back in the game! :pīut that would be an awesome addition. If orbs are a new string, I can't imagine there is no way to change that multiplier as well since it's already *in* the game based on difficulty levels.
I never got into the scripting myself, but I am curious how difficult Shadow Warrior 2's is because the table I found has a 5x reward level multiplier already. I mostly use it to slow games down and make up for my slow reflexes Good idea, because about a 2X change would be a pretty fair amount. I'm not great at the scripting stuff though. Shadow Warrior 2 is my favorite game of 2016, but it's not without its flaws, and having to contend with layers of completely unnecessary random number grinding is arguably the biggest one.Į.bkapalka eredeti hozzászólása:You could probably write a script to add one additional orb every time you collect one, effectively doubling the drop rate. Unless the developers decide to change the reward scaling themselves to actually match the high level difficulties or reduce the grind, at least there is something we can do for ourselves in the meantime. If we even want to go down the absurd "moral" road, how is it fair to craft three 200+ gems and get a level 1 magnet gem? Or to spend hundreds of thousands on crafting bunk gems or gems that need further grinding to earn secondary currency to make useful? The system is clearly broken in some ways on the game's end, and tweaking numbers back in our favor is the only available reprieve. I feel sorry for your high horse if it's running around doing 50+ trials just so you can proudly say you didn't cheat at a digital toy dictated by some perfectly flexible numbers, but the rest of us don't have 2000 hours to get everything out of *our* game. Oh, but now you want to embed that gem? It's going to cost anywhere from 1-2000 gems. Not only are you out a lot of money, you're still left with an orb that has - 36% damage, and to purify it costs another 900. That's fine! But now you craft three gems, three times, and then take the three gems to craft a final one. That means completing 25 trials rounded up.

Now, let's say you want to upgrade your weapon's damage and the cost is over 1400 gems. Realistically, though, most of that is going to be through trials. To put it in perspective, the maximum orb reward is 57 at Insanity 7,with double orbs on select missions. The point is that to many, a common complaint is the grind to get orbs, money, and/or gems.
And just because it is called "cheat engine" does not make it automatically all "cheats " I use it in Borderlands 2 to increase the movement speed to Doom/Shadow Warrior standards, and no puppies were drowned in the loss of innocence, either!
